My experience in music marketing, promotions, social media management and A&R has assured that this is the career field for me. I have resided in radio for over 4 years (companies including iHeart Media and Cumulus Media) where I have played many roles. I have demonstrated leadership abilities, and have been given the responsibility to manage many projects.

I have exhibited that I can work both unaided and on a team. In both situations I signify a gently patience and persistence in a way that can not be overlooked. Leadership is my gift, and I have a great talent for organization. I can manage large groups and guide them. I am a realist, self-confident, practical, and goal-oriented. Others know that I can be depended upon and trust my judgement.

GEM is a 19-year-old singer-songwriter born and raised in New Rochelle, NY. Classically trained at a young age, GEM discovered her love for Pop and has since sought a career as a full-time artist. At the tender age of 11-years-old, GEM attended her first studio session at JAMBOX Entertainment Studios in New York City. After years of dedicated studio time, GEM met her mentor, and fellow musician, Nisha Asnani. Asnani has been integral in guiding GEM’s personal and artistic development, assisting in honing her writing skills. Since graduating from high school in 2019, GEM has pursued music full-time and traveled to Los Angeles to work with producers, Dave Berg and Michael McEachern. The young artist has also collaborated with Raleigh (the VAMP) and Mher Fillian. Music inspired by Blondie, James Blake, Rihanna, Ariana Grande, Lolo Zouaï, Sabrina Claudio and Camila Cabello. GEM combines Pop-based production with dreamy melodies and honest, original lyrics, resulting in over 500k+ monthly streams on Spotify.

She began her career as a chainstitch embroidery artist at Nike and Levi's, collaborating with clients on clothes and music alike.
